Secondly, we make it a practice to answer all emails in a timely manner. If there is going to be a delay on a more complete answer we will email you to let you know the reason and how soon to expect a comprehensive reply. Most inquiries or emails are answered within a couple of hours when possible but without exception within 24-48 hours.
Our clients are varied. They come from all types of backgrounds. They have different interests and different needs. We receive inquiries from:
- Serious versatile hunters.
- Persons or families looking for a companion--pet/family member.
- Runners--some run long distances and others a couple of miles a day.
- People who want to do agility or participate in events of this nature.
Making the right placement for a pup and for the person/persons is primary to The OwyheeStar Process. Our reputation and success are based in making sound decisions that in turn yield references. Many clients come back again for a second Weim; to us this speaks volumes about our process and commitment to getting it right the first time and every time.
Once the pup is placed we consider you a part of our extended OwyheeStar Family. Here at OwyheeStar we are interested in a long-term relationship and commitment with our extended family. Although, we have no plans of being intrusive in your lives we would like to hear from you on a regular basis. Most of our Weimaraner homes are good about sending updates and pictures. To ensure we get the puppies well placed as well as to get to know you we require you complete the Formal Application. Any reputable breeder would screen puppy homes. A good home means different things to different people. We are looking for commitment to training and keeping the pup no matter what arises.
